FAQs
Don’t see your question? Contact us.
What materials do you work with?
We work in all materials including stainless steels, specialty alloys, aluminum, titanium, exotic materials like tungsten, Kovar, and precious metals, and any type of plastic. HTT also has extensive experience in the finish machining of die-cast parts in aluminum, magnesium, and sintered copper among other materials.
What are your minimum quantities?
HTT specializes in high-volume production where part counts are in the 100s to multiple millions and above. Some of our best partnerships started with pre-production prototype quantities of less than 100 pieces.
How fast will I get a quote?
Generally, we turn our quotes around within 48 hours.
How small are the parts you can make?
Almost all of the parts we make are smaller than a baseball, and many of them are smaller than a grain of rice! Our customers challenge us to push the envelope, and we rise to the occasion.
Can you perform capability studies to assess your quality?
Absolutely. Our inspection and engineering departments can team up to produce any type of study that is needed, and we can serialize the parts to connect them with the reports. From basic multi-piece 100% inspections, to Cpk studies with Gage R&R, to statistical sampling throughout the run, HTT stands ready to provide the data that you need to prove your parts were manufactured to meet all requirements.
